We understand with the terms and conditions:

All services are to be pre-paid prior to the commencement of the photo shoot.

Orders (i.e. prints and all other products) must be completed one month from the date of the photo shoot. After one month images are archived on our backup system. Should you wish to place an order after one month a $50 administration fee will be charged to retrieve the images.

Images are kept on a backup archive for one year from the date of the photo shoot, then are deleted.

The photo shoot is for 60 minutes and includes up to two children + 2 adults (each additional person after that is $25). Portrait Packages are strictly one package /family.

You will be required to sign a talent release form. A copy of this is available should you wish to inspect it prior to making a booking.

Camille Nuttall Photography accept no responsibility for loss or damage of personal property whilst attending the Photo Shoot, all efforts should be made to secure valuables.

Cancellations will be accepted up to 14 working days prior to the allocated date and time and will be entitled to a refund in full.

Cancellations made after this time or failure to attend the allocated session will result in forfeiture of the package.

All prices are subject to change and availability. Formats and designs may change over time. Prices are in Australia dollars and include 10% GST.

Your order is considered final. As designs and orders are created personally for you an order cannot be refunded.

We can deliver all finished items to you via courier for an agreed fee, or you can arrange collection by liaising with Camille Nuttall Photography. We are not liable for any damage caused by third parties.

Urgent orders may require an additional loading depending on scheduling and request. We will advise where this may be applicable.

The copyright is assigned to Camille Nuttall Photography and copyright laws protect the images created by Camille Nuttall Photography. Camille Nuttall Photography has consent to reproduce any images for entry into exhibitions, advertisements, contests and displays for promotional materials.

Your personal details will not be distributed to any third party and are considered private and confidential.

The undersigned may not earn money through the sale or publication of photographs without the Photographers knowledge and permission.
